The story
Renanot School is a state-religious elementary school for girls in Beersheba, at 32 Ibn Gabirol Street, and it is an official school owned by the Beersheba municipality. It was founded in 1995, its institution code is 613927, and grades one through six study in it. According to the school register about five hundred and nine pupils study in it, all of them girls. In its full name it also appears as “Mamlakhti-Dati Torani for Girls Renanot” and as “the Mamad Renanot School for Girls”, and in English as Renanot School for girls. It stands in the north of the city, close to the streets of the first residential neighborhoods built in Israeli Beersheba.
