Ben-Gurion Park and Peres Lake

The story

In the north of Dimona, in Ben-Gurion Park, there is an artificial lake. In 2016 the Jewish National Fund dedicated here a park adapted for people with disabilities, and in it the lake, called "Peres Lake" after the name of Shimon Peres. The funding was given by the friends of the JNF of Holland. The lake stands close to the municipal stadium and to the agricultural farm of the city.
